‘Turtle Island Violicious’® HXT™ is a newly registered Intersubgeneric nymphaea. The result of hybridization between tropical and hardy nymphaeas highlighting a compact Marliac-Odorata root type. This plant is a great bloomer with a variable flower color usually between blueberry and amethyst but sometimes dark magenta.

Nymphaea ‘Arc-en-ciel’ Hardy Waterlily displays a 4-6″ star shaped, light shell pink flower and very dark green leaves with various color variegation ranging from white to pink and light greens. The flower floats except in very shallow water. Arc-en-ciel is a low bloomer blooms less than most and is mostly grown for its beautiful leaves, spreads 4-6′ in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water, is adaptable to smaller pots and ponds, and is not shade tolerant.

Nymphaea ‘Carolina Sunset’ Hardy Waterlily displays a 6-8″ cup/star shaped, creamy light peachy yellow flower and beautifully marbled medium dark green leaves. The flower stands 3-6″ above the water in shallow water and has a lemony fragrance. Carolina Sunset is a very good bloomer, spreads 5-8′ in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water, is mostly adaptable as it can be kept to a medium size in a smaller pot, and has an unknown shade tolerance.

Nymphaea ‘Charlene Strawn’ Hardy Waterlily displays a 4-8″ star shaped, yellow flower with long, tall stamens and medium dark green leaves with marbling when young. The flower stands 4-6″ above the water in medium depth water and has a lemony fragrance. Charlene Strawn is an excellent bloomer, spreads 3-8′ in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water, is more adaptable than many, and is shade tolerant.

Nymphaea ‘Fabiola’ Hardy Waterlily displays a 4-6″ cup/star shaped, pink flower with white outer petal tips, flecked garnet red center petals and dark green leaves. The flower floats except in shallow water. Fabiola is a good bloomer, spreads 4-6′ in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water, is adaptable to smaller pots and ponds, and has an unknown shade tolerance.

Nymphaea 'Frosted Pink' Hardy Waterlily, a Mike Giles original hybrid water lily sold exclusively at Turtle Island Waterlilies, displays a 5-7″ star/cup shaped, dark shell pink flower with stripes, slightly rounded petals, lighter center petal tips and hot orange center and dark green leaves are on long stems showing water between the leaves unless crowded and dark red-bronze when young. The flower floats or stands 2-4″ above the water in shallow water. Frosted Pink is a good bloomer, spreads 5-7' in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water, is not likely to be very adaptable because of its odorata root but it is still not fully tested, and has an unknown shade tolerance.
