The flower floats except in very shallow water and has a rich sweet fragrance. This waterlily is a good bloomer and spreads 3-5′ in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water and is somewhat adaptable to smaller pots and ponds. This plant has an unknown shade tolerance.

The flower floats except in very shallow water. Arc-en-ciel is a low bloomer blooms less than most and is mostly grown for its beautiful leaves, spreads 4-6′ in 6 in. to 8 ft. of water, is adaptable to smaller pots and ponds, and is not shade tolerant.
